Ngày 14/8, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã có công văn gửi UBND các tỉnh, thành phố về việc tăng cường chỉ đạo triển khai một số nội dung chuẩn bị cho năm học 2024 – 2025.
Theo công văn, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã ban hành Khung kế hoạch thời gian năm học và các văn bản hướng dẫn thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2024 – 2025 đối với giáo dục mầm non, giáo dục phổ thông và giáo dục thường xuyên.
Để triển khai thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2024 – 2025 kịp thời, thiết thực, hiệu quả, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đề nghị UBND các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương tăng cường chỉ đạo rà soát, kiểm tra, đôn đốc bảo đảm đủ cơ sở vật chất, thiết bị giáo dục trước thềm năm học mới. Đồng thời, có giải pháp kịp thời khắc phục tình trạng cơ cấu đội ngũ giáo viên còn bất cập của địa phương theo thẩm quyền. Thực hiện linh hoạt, bố trí, sắp xếp giáo viên bảo đảm đủ về số lượng, đồng bộ về cơ cấu, đặc biệt là một số môn học như Tiếng Anh, Tin học, Âm nhạc, Mĩ thuật.

Trong trường hợp chưa thể tuyển dụng đủ giáo viên theo định mức thì thực hiện các giải pháp hợp đồng giáo viên theo Nghị định số 111/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 30/12/2022 của Chính phủ để thực hiện chủ trương “có học sinh, phải có giáo viên đứng lớp”, phù hợp với tình hình thực tế tại địa phương.

Về việc đón học sinh đầu cấp và tổ chức lễ khai giảng năm học mới, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo lưu ý hướng dẫn cơ sở giáo dục tổ chức các hoạt động đón học sinh đầu cấp học, trong đó đặc biệt quan tâm đối tượng học sinh lớp 1; tổ chức cho học sinh tìm hiểu về truyền thống và các hoạt động của nhà trường; phổ biến nội quy, quy định của nhà trường; giới thiệu các hoạt động giáo dục, chương trình giáo dục, phương pháp học tập và rèn luyện ở trường, lớp. “Cơ sở giáo dục thực hiện nghiêm túc quy định về thời gian học sinh tựu trường và tổ chức lễ khai giảng năm học 2024 – 2025 thống nhất trên cả nước vào sáng ngày 5/9/2024” – Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo yêu cầu.

Về việc tổ chức hoạt động đầu năm học: Chỉ đạo cơ sở giáo dục ổn định và duy trì nền nếp học tập ngay sau lễ khai giảng. Hướng dẫn việc tổ chức các hoạt động đầu năm học phù hợp với lứa tuổi học sinh, điều kiện của nhà trường, gắn với thực tế của địa phương. Chú trọng xây dựng văn hóa học đường, đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn trường học ngay từ những ngày đầu năm học. Phối hợp tốt với cha mẹ học sinh để tạo sự đồng thuận, chia sẻ, hỗ trợ ngành Giáo dục thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ năm học.
Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo cũng đề nghị UBND các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương quan tâm, tăng cường chỉ đạo thực hiện những nội dung nêu trên và chỉ đạo các cơ quan truyền thông trên địa bàn đưa tin, bài phản ánh khí thế chuẩn bị năm học mới tạo không khí háo hức, phấn khởi ngày khai giảng năm học mới
